For moderate and high complexity projects, the next step is typically the Design Phase, $10,000 CAD. This is step one of the build, not a separate study: it settles the design and produces the architecture, scope and plan the build runs on, work that has to happen regardless. It takes two weeks or more depending on your team's availability, and at the end both of us confirm scope before committing to the rest.
